Dr. Silber is a native New Yorker who graduated from the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 1973 and completed an Internship at the Eastman Dental Center in Rochester, NY in 1974. Dr. Silber has been practicing quality conservative dentistry in Philadelphia since 1975. He has been on the staffs on the dental schools at the University of Pennsylvania and Temple University. He is dedicated to providing ethical quality care in an environment conducive to his patient's needs.
